return and refund policy

We offer free returns for any reason customers decide to return a product.

Common reasons for returns are :
The product arrived damaged or not as described, the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit or the customer no longer wants the product.

Eligibility for refund or return period is only for 30 days after delivery. No refund or return will be allowed after this period.

Return requests can be made via email ( contact@rivoa.shop ).

Please Note: As we ship from different warehouses the return warehouse will be provided during the return process.
Once a return request is made a free return label will be emailed to the same email address used to place the order.
Return labels can be downloaded from an email sent from our website.

There is no restocking fee and a full refund will be provided for all return orders with the following exception :
Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use are not refunded or depending on the item’s condition may only be partially refunded.

Refund due to an error in stock or price information
Rivoa reserves the right to cancel any order if there was a mistake in quantity OR price information on the product page. In this case, customers will be fully refunded the payment they have made and no item will be shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the item was received in original condition then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment methods within 2-5 days.

Free Order Cancellation
While your order is in authorization mode you can cancel for any reason and for free and we shall void the transaction and return the deposit back to you.
To do so simply send us an email with a cancellation request.
